can Sophos scan websites on the Microsoft Edge browse?? Will it create any kind of conflict?

As a standard practice to avoid conflict, we usually advise our customers to remove Defender on their system as Sophos may not work or some of its services may not function properly if it detects any 3rd party security application installed on the system.
