Sophos Anti-Virus for Linux update error

A few days ago our Sophos Anti-Virus (savdi-linux-64bit.tar & sav-linux-free-9.tgz) stopped updating:

Failed to download 'sdds:SOPHOS': invalid authentication. Please check PrimaryUpdateUsername and PrimaryUpdatePassword.
Failed to replicate from all update sources

Re-installed it to no avail, authentication still doesn't work, The credentials seem to be the same as before.

From what I gathered in an older discussion I would have to ask for new credentials, wouldn't I? Or do I just enter random ones which then will be accepted?

Thank you.
