Windows Server 2012 r2 not starting after endpoints update

My windows server 2016 was missing update for several months and after a restart sophos endpoint updated successfully after only one restart the server is unable

to boot so i have another 2012 R2 server also which also need to update ???

Hi Noel Fadel,

Aside from installing the endpoint update, was there also a windows update that is being pushed on your server 2016? what error are you getting is it totally block screen or was stuck in the boot-up process?

no nothing there was no update i have two enpoint on two servers and not updated since several month it was weird ,and once updated one of the server is not boot keep getting blue sceen

Can you collect the Dump file on the said server which is currently showing bluescreen and share it with me?
