Sophos Home XG Webserverprotection not working anymore

Hi there,

I‘m using the free Sophos XG at Home as webserver Protection for Nextcloud and my DMS since the update to GA 18 the Webserver Protection won’t work anymore and the XG always tells me i have no subscription for that.

What can I do?

    Could you please validate if you have a valid license for the webserver protection on your firewall and your MySophos account.

    From your XG firewall, navigate to Administration > Licensing > Module subscription detail.

    Check the status of your license using the MySophos portal www.sophos.com/mysophos by navigating to the Network Protection > View Devices and clicking on your device serial number.

    If you have a valid license for webserver protection, Open a Support Case and PM me the case number.
