Spigot Problems

I have just run my Sophos antivirus for the first time in months and Quarantine Manager reports a pile of Spigot errors all on my time machine back up disks. Ive tried running Clean Up but that fails with a message to remove manually but I can't because they are time machine backups.

I have checked in Safari there has been no change to my default home page and there are no extensions. There are 2 files involved cbsidlm-sp1_0_330-Visual_Watermark_Free-SEO-75454078.dmg, second has -2 on the end. These appear in numerous User Name/Library and User Name / Downloads folders in the backups. When, however, I look in Finder I cannot find these files anywhere but they are still being backed up.

How do I find them and get rid of them. Im not technical and a fairly recent convert to Macs.
