Hello,
I have two separate users on a MAC who have the same issues. One MAC is running mountain lion and every time a scan is run it will pause on DMG files. The same happens on a Macbook Pro running El Capitan, scans fine until it reaches a DMG file and hangs.
I see this a lot around the forums, is there a fix for this because it's really frustrating. I have also done a complete uninstall using the SAV removal tool and installed a fresh copy with no change.
