9.4 can't be detected by CheckPoint Endpoint Compliance Scanner report VPN.

After upgrading to 9.4 my company's VPN software fails to detect Sophos and get's an error massage that "Either you don't have Sophos or it's not updated in the last 7 days".

Company's VPN software called CheckPoint and the report is called "Endpoint Compliance Scanner report"

Did you guys change the file structure or the process names?

Please fix this I can't login to my computer since I upgraded.

  • We did not change the name of processes nor did we change the installation procedure. We did increase the version number, added some features, fixed some bugs.

    The problem you are encountering is a failure of the VPN's compliance checks. Please escalate to your vendor. Feel free to suggest your vendor contact us if they need assistance.

    By the way, we released a preview of version 9.4.0 back at the end of July. We do this so our users and other vendors to see what is upcoming.
