Moving updates from one system to a stand alone system with no web connectivity.

I have two identical Linux Environments.  One is a test environment that can talk to the Web.  The other is a secure environment that has no connectivity to the Web.  On each server is a stand alone version of Sophos AV SAVScan virus detection utility Version# 5.47.0.  The Sophos installed on the Test Environment just pulled updates on Agust 21, I need to know the steps to move the updates from the test environment into a file so I can transfer it over to the production environment so I can update the Sophos AV installed on the production servers. And any other commands I would want to run to unpack or update the Sophos installed on the Production side.  Thank you.
