I uninstalled Sophos using the software they provided as it wasn't working on my laptop so I decided to try to install it again. I couldn't as I kept getting an error, something about needing to uninstall the software. I've also downloaded 'Remove Sophos Endpoint' but that didn't help either. I've read a few articles online about looking for specific locations to delete the fragments, which I have done but still to no avail. I now can't download any antivirus software as it keeps telling me to uninstall Sophos.
