Had problem with prior/current Sophos, so tried to trash, then download new Sophos Home, but now no longer have access to properly uninstall the prior (now trashed) version in order to install the new download of Sophos Home--stuck.
'Have managed to find/download—via internet search—a remove Sophos (by Sophos) software, and that worked, so that I could then install the new Sophos Home.
My advice is that you make a pathway to this product clearer on your website, particularly from within the site for registered users, because there was nothing that I could find to help me, given that the very problem was that I needed to uninstall Sophos before installing Sophos, and the advice only is helpful to someone who hasn’t trashed their Sophos software.
