How do I generate the license.xml;

I have the license schedule, usernames and passwords for safeguard, how do I generate the license.xml file?

    Hi John,

    The license.xml comes from customer care. You can email them at customercare@sophos.com

    Usually though, a download link is included in the License Schedule for the .xml license file.

    Either way, customer care will be able to provide the license.

    Clarification: When you get the license link click on it and it will open a web page. Then right-click and save-as. This will generate the complete license file you can import.
