Printer driver creating zero-byte files. Can't print anything.

I'm troubleshooting a printing problem on a PC with Sophos Encryption and Sophos Antivirus installed. I'm successfully installing a print driver on a Windows 7 Enterprise PC. However, when we send a print job to the printer or to a file, the print driver is creating a print file that has no data in it; a zero byte file. I'm wondering if Sophos Encryption or Sophos Antivirus could be interfering with the print driver's ability to generate a print file?

    Hello Tony,

I wouldn't expect either application to cause an issue like this.
To test I would suggest running the same print task on a machine without either application installed. If it still fails you have your answer, if it works then install one application, test again, install the other application, test again.
