Onedrive folder encrypted with OU Key

Policy sets the Organizationa unit encryption key so OU users may access the encrypted file (That's my intention) but ...

Sophos Secure workspace:

If I try to open a protected file using Sophos Secure workspace on my IOS device, I'll get the message to insert the password of the "OU_Users" key.

Who knows it?

Is there a way to export the private part of the mentioned key and import it to the mobile device to get access to encrypted files?
