Unable to import configuration files to OSX 10.10

While draging the configuration file getting eror message "Import of configuration zip file failed" any idea?

  • Dear customer,

    Please copy the file form the network share / USB device and duplicate to the users desktop. Now you can drag drop the zip file into the SGN OSX application. After you provide the OSX admin user account information you will be able to use the zip file.

    Note if you use Active Directory based user accounts:

    Make sure that the used Windows based user account has the right to manage the OSX client. Which mean that the user account need to have the same rights like a local OS X admin.
