Sophos Issue : No init + F6

Hi Everyone,

I have an issue with Sophos on a HP 745 new laptop that we received.

After Sophos client installation (V 5.60) i have a No Init error message, so i used Shift+Fn+F6 to switch on ATA compatibility mode but same error message.

I check on bios but i only have AHCI mode => No init message or IDE => Blue Screen, i a little stuck here, please advice.
