inconsistencies in your database

So we had inconsistencies in our data base, ran the SGNKeyTester, and repaired the one issue that was showing up.

Now we are at step #3 where we need to reset the trigger by running DELETE FROM GLOBAL_DATA WHERE GLD_TAG='KPDETECTED' but we're unsure of how to do this. Can anyone tell us how?
