how to decrypt whole hdd after boot failure

hdd running on win 7 with safeguard 5.50 installed, trying to use winpe bootable recovery media, click recoverkey and import from C/R, after passed challenge and response key , still not able to see the file content or file name in c: drive.

how can I decrypt the whole disk at this stage

    do you know what happened to the machine that failed to boot? If the file system was corrupted, it is likely that even though a Challenge/Response was used to unlock the drive, you are unable to see the contests of the drive.

    If you boot the machine to WinPE, perform the Challenge/Response again and start "DISKPART" from the command prompt, what is displayed when you type "LIST VOLUME" ? (especially for the file system / Fs information of the volume you want to access?)
