Sophos Safeguard company certificate expired

Question

Hello All,

Im very new and really need help in Sophos SafeGuard 5.60.0.192. We have server which company certificate is expired.

Now every new built laptop cannot reach the server.

Does anyone know how to update that certificate? Didnt find any solution in the internet.

Could someone help please?

Received that information from Sophos support.

"

you will not be able to renew the company certificate on this version. You will need to upgrade to 6.0 as there is no other way to create a new CCO.

Once the server is upgrading, upgrading the client and client configuration will import the new updated certificate
