Safe Guard vs Sophos Enterprise Console Encryption

Hi All,

After a little bit of advice.

I am looking to upgrade from Sophos Enterprise Console 4.7 to 5.2.1, I see that this version also has drive encrption available.

What difference is this encryption method/software to the Sophos Safe Guard I am using at the minute? We have Safe Guard Management Center installed to centrally manage all users.

Hello Tommy123,
SDE (or whatever it is called now) is very basic. There's (apart from a legal message) no customization and no user management/assignment. Want to know more details?

Well I guess its better to stay with Safe Guard then.
How good is safe guard with SSD's and SED (self encrypting drives)?
