some info for Safeguard users.
I´ve installed some new Lenovo Thinkpads and the issue, that the installer of the client couldn´t complete cause of not finished file operations.
I heard something about registry changes to make it work, but in my case, the problem is caused by the installed Intel(R) Smart Connect Technology Software version 4.2.
It´s causing pending operations at every boot.
My solution was to take the version 5 dierectly available at Intel Download Center.
This version doesn´t create the problem anymore.
