Sophos SafeGuard 8.0 Bitlocker Encryption Slave Disk problem

Hello,

I have a little problem with Sophos SafeGuard and Bitlocker encryption.

On servers are setted policies and settings in gpedit on endpoint

I encrypted disk in Asus P2530Ua and HP 6560b and its ok.

Recovery with Sophos console working using Windows Install Disk and normal recovery but i can't access hard drive under Windows.

I remove disk from laptop and put it into dock station conected via Usb and using sata cable too. System detect it and show its encrypted and need to be unlocked.

The problem is with encryption Key and password. When i enter the recovery key from sophos management center  it's didn't work writing me "Incorect recovery key" also when i try enter the password which i use to unlock drive when it's in laptop (I have set to enter password when boot) i got error

"You can not perform the requested operation because it occurred a catastrophic media failure or data structure corruption on the disk"

Both have Windows 10 Installed and i try to do this on Windows 7 Pro and Windows 2012 R2 Standard

I check disk it's ok and also normaly boot when i put it into laptop.

Thanks in advance for help.
