Configuration Protection USB 3.0 Root HUB blocked

Hi again

On our new laptops USB 3.0 Root HUB is blocked by "configuration protection". How can i unblock it ?

    Hi schgu, 
     
    My previous post about the magic. - it wasn't quite magic, more of a "1D10T" error...  The All Devices drop down within the Device Control section in the CP policy was set to Allow. Thus CP was effectively disabled.
     
    Apologies for my stupid mistake. 
     
    So, it's over to Sophos support to see if they can come up with support for NUSB ...
     
    I'll keep this thread updated.
