We are facing a problem in saving the documents on desktop after installing Sophos, we noticed that any document (word, excel, etc.) cannot be saved normally, we need to save a copy from the document and then to re copy it in the needed location, this issue is affecting the work flow since the employees are dealing with many documents during the working hours, and it’s not accepted to save a copy from each document every time we use it .
