Dell Inspiron 15 5559 and Lenovo Thinkpad E460 No init

Good day,

I just stack on "no init" display on those two machine after installing SGN version 7.0. I try Shoft + hotkey and it didn't work for me. Please help me how to resolve this issue. Please see the below image for details.

Thanks.

    Hello Jormon,

If those machines come with a Function (Fn) key on the keyboard try pressing that aswell as the hotkeys.

You might find the Dell Inspiron 15 5559 won't work with the POA though as the CPU is skylake architecture from what I understand (an Intel® Core™ i5-6200U Processor if I'm not mistaken) so you'll likely need to upgrade to Windows 10 and use BitLocker as the encryption method.

The Lenovo will also have a SkyLake processor too as that machine comes with one of the following:

    • Intel® Core™ i7 6500U Processor
    • Intel® Core™ i5 6200U Processor
    • Intel® Core™ i3 6100U Processor
