Automated encryption of files, copied over network

Hello

I have one folder with encryption policy an SG LanClient installd on one Windows Server.

This folder ist shared over the network. Another Client (without LanCrypt installed) copies files to the Shre.

Theses files stays non encrypted.

How to force the encryption of the files, copied over a share? Can I trigger a backgroud task to force this?
