SafeGuard - Decrypting Volumes

We have created a policy in order to decrypt encrypted volumes in a device.

When we try to decrypt a volume througth windows explorer, the following errors are launched:

How can we avoid this?

    Hello SuscripcionesEM,

    If it's just the Bonjour service that's causing problems then I've seen this issue a few times, stopping the service works for some but others have had to do the following:

    Start > Run > appwiz.cpl > Click Bonjour Service > Click uninstall

    When iTunes updates it will likely reappear though.

    If iTunes isn't needed in your environment I would look to remove it, if you have this popup appear for multiple files I would look to see what you have running at the time of decrypting.
