Users are encrypting files on removable media just fine , but when attempting to decrypt the same files they are prompted for a password. The password is never the same one that is used upon SafeGuard initially asking for you to provide a Media Passphrase.
Ironically, within Windows Explorer, users have no trouble opening files. The files show the green key symbol next to the file, but still will not allow users to decrypt the files within SGPortable. Is there a recovery process for the Group_.Authenticated User@SGN key or any key?
