How to get Enterprise Console?

Hi there,

one of our Notebooks - with Safe Guard Encryption - has an boot\bcd error. Sophos be_restore was unsuccesfull.

So I try to get access to the drive with sophos PE and KeyRecovery Tool. I can boot the notebook, I have the*.bnk but now I need to export the recoverytoken.tok.

The manual says, that I need Sophos Enterprise Control but I can't find where to buy it oder download it. We only have the Policy Guard.

Where can I buy it? Is it within a bundle? Or is there another possibility to access the Data.

    Hi Camillo,

    You'll need to use the console that encrypted the machine to prove you're the rightful owner of the encrypted data on that machine.

    If you don't have access to that system you will need various certificates and passwords in order to rebuild the environment to access the data.

    I would suggest just plugging it back in to wherever it came from and going through the recovery process.
