Client certificate does not update after AD password reset at the server.

When admins reset an AD password, the client certificate does not update.  Therefore the users have to still use the old password.  Is there a way to automatically update the client certificate when this situation occurs?

    Hi Robert,

    The recommended method for changing passwords is to get the user to change it themselves when logged into Windows via Ctrl+Alt+Del > Change Password > Sync the SafeGuard Client. Changing from AD will leave the machine out of sync with SafeGuard and they will get the "Old Password" message:
