Remove Computer from Safeguard Console

Hi


I have a safeguard protected computer that has suffered a disk failure.    I have installed a new hard disk and reinstalled Windows however when I look in the Safeguard Management Console I can still see the PC listed.


How can I safely remove the PC from the Safeguard Console so that it can be re-encrypted?

    Hi Ian,

    If that drive that failed is no longer present in the machine then you can just delete the machine from the Management Centre.

    You will then be free to install SafeGuard on the new drive.
