Removable Device Policy not prompting user

Question

Created a new removable device policy, and when inserting a USB stick, it does not prompt the user if they want to encrypt the drive. 
 
 What is the correct way to configure this policy for USB and CD/DVD so it prompts the user if they want to encrypt.

Hi Ken, 
 In your Device Protection policy that applies to your Removable Media settings you can change: 
 
 User may cancel initial encryption 
 User is allowed to decide about encryption
