After the General functionality of SafeGuard has been configured and tested, we would like to contact the Server through an alias instead of the host Name.
Is it possible to do that? The Web Helpdesk was enabled to do that through IIS configuration and I assume that it would be possible for the web site configuration of the SGN Server component, too. But I don't seem to be able to create a client configuration package with a different Server Name than the server's host Name.
