Good morning,
I have one PC that will not get past the Windows 10 Bitlocker screen. I can press esc and enter a recovery key. However, the recovery key that Sophos Safeguard Management Center gives me will not work on this computer. It states either incorrect recovery key or that it failed to open with this recovery key. Is there a way to unlock this drive?
