SafeGuard policy syncing

Question

I am testing SafeGuard 8 on a Windows 7 virtual machine. I have the 3 MSIs installed, after a reboot encryption begins. Currently POA is enabled, for testing I disabled POA in the Management Center, I then saved the policy and click synchronize on the client. It says transferring between the Management Console then says no new settings, when I reboot POA is still enabled.

During the initial client installation Synchronized Encryption was enabled which uses File Encryption licensing, which my customer was not licensed for. Using unlicensed features will stop the Console from sending out policies. This issue should be resolved now.

Hello, 
 Make sure the policy is applied to the OU that machine is in. If you're unsure do an RSOP of the user on that machine to see what policies will be applied after all policies and settings are taken into account.
