WIndows 8.1 & Windows 10 don't start encryption with bitlocker.

Hello i wanted to ask you about autostart encryption at Windows 10 & 8.1 .

If i want the policy about encryption to start automatically after the installation of configuration package tool,

I must insert the specific policy from the safeguard Management Center to the tab Policies into the O U where are the computers,

Or this is not necessary?

Because in my installation the autostart didn't work and the problem fixed only when i add the policy into the OU. (As below in the pic)

    Hello,

Policies can be a applied via the config package, but if it's a managed client the machine will check the OU to see what policies it should be picking up from there.
You should always be applying the policies to the OU of the machines you want to encrypt to prevent any confusion.
