Safeguard Full-Disk-Encryption - partition encryption

Hello, we have a client that has the following disks on his pc:

disk 1 - boot sector ,'C' system drive, 'D' drive (partitioned during windows installation).

disk 2 - 'E' drive - partition 1 , 'F' drive - partition 2  (partitioned after windows installation - using windows tool).

he wants to encrypt:

disk 1 - fully encrypted.

disk 2 - drive 'E' encrypted, drive 'F' non encrypted.

i told him i dont believe it is possible to do this.. but if someone could clarify the matter i would really appreciate it.

thank you.
