Automatically join policy group

Hello, I recently took over sophos encryption from a person who has left the company. He has a couple of groups it appears setup so when a new computer joins our domain, i had to manually add the computer to this group and then encryption starts on the client. Is there a way for it to automatically join these groups so I don't have to manually do this for every new machine?

    Hello Glenn,

         In order to automate the process of having new computers added to a specific local SGN group(s) you will need to script the process using an API.  I have linked the SafeGuard API guide below (link is for SGN v7, please look at our website for your version if not v7 to ensure API accuracy) for your reference.
