How to configure ignored devices for SG DX

Hi Team,

I'm a new user of Sophos, using the SafeGuard Data Exchange ver.7 only on the Win8.1 platform.

Everything seems working as expected. But now i'm struggling with the configuring the ignored devices in Policies>General Settings>File Encryption>Ignored Devices, in which I've entered the device name as "/device/harddiskvolumeX", in order to exempt this external hard disk from encryption.

Unfortunately, the files copied into this external drive are still get encrypted. Did I do anything wrong? Thanks in advance for your support!
