Dell E5530 laptop with Safeguard Pre-boot encryption reboot loop.

We are having a periodic issue were a Dell E5530 laptop with Safeguard Pre-boot encryption is causing the system into a reboot loop.  I cannot seem to replicate the problem but it has happened twice.  The reboot seems to occur right after pre-boot authentication, continuously rebooting.

Has anyone seen this and is there a fix, much thanks in advance.

I see a reboot advisory from 2010 but the technote is gone.

    Hi geddesfed,

What version of SafeGuard is this?
Is it the POA at Pre-Boot or the PIN/Password from BitLocker?
Do you have Symantec PGP Desktop installed?

Does it get as far as "Autologon will continue shortly"?
    Are there any error messages?
Did you perform disk preparation prior to installing Safeguard on this computer as per article 108088 (chkdsk and defrag)?
Did you exclude the SafeGuard localcache from antivirus scans as per article 108531?
It may simply be a matter of toggling the ATA hotkey (Shift + F6) as per article 107781.

I've included links to the following which should assist you further, but please let me know if the issue persists:
