SafeGuard Drive Encryption + Windows Hello

Hey all.

We're using SafeGuard Endpoint Encryption, client version 702.

I'm currently deploying Windows 10 Enterprise to Microsoft Surface Pro 4 devices. All works, including Windows Hello feature to unlock by camera.

After installing SafeGuard the camera is not working anymore to unlock the screen. Any ideas why or how to enable that very cool feature again?
