SGM401: Invalid kernel. System halted.

Hi,

Pushed the SafeGuard 6.0.1 v4.3.1 package to a bunch of laptops (Windows 7 X64) the other day and three returned the error message above.

Last message regarding this issue is from 2009 and the aefdisk solution did not help.

Any thoughts?

Firat

  • Hi Firat,

did you use a specific / customized roll out process where the Master Boot Record is swapped or was that just a manual installation of the SafeGuard Client?

Could you please clarify what you mean with "v4.3.1", as this is not a package number for the 6.00.1 Client.

    Regards,
