Inconsistencies in database, cannot run KeyTester tool

I got the error when opening the SG management console that we have inconsistencies in our database.  Sophos sent me a link to the KeyTester tool.  When I try to run it, it bombs.  I get the Windows error Utimaco.SafeGuard.SGNKeyTester has stopped working.  I did a manual AD sync and then deleted the flag in the DB and opened again and got the same errors.  Please help.

    Hey Robyn,

    You need to run the exact version for your environment otherwise the tool does bomb out with some random error messages, I know there's a new version of the tool on the way that's a little more forgiving.

    I would send you over a copy of the tool but at present we can't publish these tools openly. Can you raise a new support request for the attention of "Toby" (I'm the only Toby here) and I'll get this resolved for you.
