We had a issue with a dell computer after the encryption was installed that was able to be fixed by the shift F6 hotfix. New issue is the same machine gets to the sophos logo, screen turns white then goes black with lines at the top of the screen. Any ideas how to get past this one? Please advise. Thank you!
