POA Support for Lenovo M800 SFF & M700 Tiny

Question

When using POA on Lenovo M800 (small form factor) and Lenovo M700 (tiny) I have been unsuccessful in getting USB connected mice to work. USB keyboards work fine but no matter which combination of Hotkeys I've tried, the mouse pointer stays stationary in the middle of the screen. 
 It should be noted that both these models need the F6 hotkey to toggle the ATA mode and the M700 seems to additionally require the F4 hotkey to toggle the video mode.

 Neither of those options appear in the BIOS of either model. However there is an option within the USB section of the BIOS called 'Enable USB Enumeration Delay'. Setting this to enabled appears to fix the mouse issue in the POA in combination with the following POA settings: 
 
 M800 ==== 
 F3 - USB Legacy = ON F4 - Vesa = ON F5 - USB Support = OFF F6 - ATA Compatability = OFF F7 - USB 2 = ON F9 - ACPI = OFF 
 Enable USB Enumeration Delay in BIOS 
 
 M700 Tiny ======== 
 F3 - USB Legacy = ON F4 - Vesa = OFF F5 - USB Support = OFF F6 - ATA Compatability = OFF F7 - USB 2 = ON F9 - ACPI = OFF
