Safeguard upgrade 7.00.0.97 to 7.0.1

Hello,

can someone please let me know how i can upgrade the management console from 7.xx.97 to 7.xx.1x ? (since 7.0.2 is only for the Client files as far i understood)

I've downloaded the sgn_701_sfx and that extracted a whole bunch of data and i read the SafeGuard Enterprise upgrade guide.

I did run the SGNServer_upgrade.exe but it seems just a SafeGuard Enterprise Server 7.xx.97 installer comes up and let me choose if i would like to repair, change or uninstall the product. Not like written "SafeGuard Enterprise Server is upgraded to the latest version. It is automatically restarted and is ready for use."

So i'm a little bit confused.

    Hi Hohes,

    The upgraded version past 7.0 is just for the clients - the server doesn't need to be upgraded.
    The server stays static but the client needs continuous updates to take into account new laptop models, hardware, bios releases, new Operating System releases and updates like TH2 for Windows 10.

    Ah okay so i just go for the client update 7.0.2 with the new poacfg and don't have anything to do on the server, thank you, was just irritated that my server states 7.0.xx.9x and there was a 7.0.1 release showing up.
