Safeguard Enterprise Standalone Installation Recovery

Hello,

I am attempting to test standalone installations.  I have Safeguard enterprise 7.  The installation and encryption goes smoothly with no issues.  However, its the challenge/response that is causing the issue.  I have the xml key from the machine on the SGN Server, but when I go to do the challenge response with the standalone key, I get an invalid key recovery file.  Is there something I am doing incorrectly or some documentation I could be pointed to?

    Can I just make sure you're using the right policy editor that this machine was encrypted from and that you haven't changed any certificates or re-installed the software?

    Are you sure that's the exact same XML file? Have you tested with other installations to see if this is an isolated case?
