I have installed the Policy Editor for Safeguard version 7 on a new Windows 2012 server
I've migrated the database from our old server (Safeguard version 6.0) and ran the migration script.
I have an existing laptop that was encrypted with the old server. This now has Safeguard 7 on it. I ran the default policy in an attempt to get the client machine to see the new server. However it fails to do so. It looks as if the server is still connecting to the old server or not updating at all. When I check the server contact status on the client it says it has not been contacted in hours.
Is there anything for me to check?
