Safguard 6.00.1.31 how do I run a windows repair on a client

I have a laptop that is Safeguard encrypted. On bootup I got a BCD error. After rebooting, using the Win PE disk to decrypt the drive using a virtual client I was able to repair this issue.

However, the laptop now boots into POA, the password is entered and begins starting up windows but stalls with a windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. Please repair my computer from the windows disk.

The boot options, Safe Mode, Safemode with Networking, safemode with command prompt and last known good all present me with the same issue.

How can I run a windows repair. I am desperate to get this laptop working and really down want to manually rebuild if it can be helped. Please help.

Thanks

    Hi Nat,

Running this repair can cause corruption with the machine so it's best not to do it. To prevent Windows from showing the "Windows Startup Repair" selection after a system failure but boot straight into Windows instead, the "Windows Startup Repair" can be disabled using the following command: "bcdedit /set {default} bootstatuspolicy ignoreallfailures". Administrative permissions are required to change the bootstatuspolicy.

To revert the changes again, run the following command: "bcdedit /set {default} bootstatuspolicy displayallfailures"

Please run through the following KB article and you should have this resolved in no time:
