I am attempting to install SG encryption on an INTIL NUC NUC5i5RYK with a Kingston 120GB M.2 SATA 6Gb s Internal Solid State Drive.

After installing the 3 parts (Preinstall, SGNClient_x64, ClientConfig7SSL) I reboot to begin encryption and I get a screen telling me that it is starting please wait ... then immediately it come up with 8 lines of code and the word halted at the end.  Here is the best approximation that I could emulate:
 int=0000000d err=00000000 efl=00030086 eip=00000a84
 eax=e8000a41 ebx=f7139000 ecx=00000001 edx=00002500
 esi=f7139290   edi=00100000 epb=0000171f esp=000016f3
 cs=e000 ds=9d80 es=5d18    fs=9d80 gs=0000 ss=9d80
 cs:eip=67 66 26 8b 07 80 3e 02-01 01 74 46 66 bf 00 00
            00 00 67 66 26 8b 1f 66-3b c3 74 36 66 bf 00 00
 ss:esp=f3 ee 00 f0 86 00 00 e0-c0 9d 00 90 13 f7 00 00
             00 00 00 00 00 00 ea 07-57 07 80 00 00 00 00 00
Halted
It will go no further.  Unable to boot into safe mode, unable to use remove tool.  I have to re-image the drive to get anything other than this screen.
Any Ideas or suggestions?  I have updated all the drivers and it is on a fresh image.  I have tried it before putting programs on, after putting programs on, before updating drivers and after updating drivers and end up with the same screen.

    Hello Dean,

    I highly doubt SafeGuard will work on an Intel NUC NUC5i5RYK, it's only really designed and tested for corporate grade laptops, tablets and desktop machines rather than mini PCs like this.

    I've seen this issue a few times on Dell Latitudes, but this was resolved with the release of SafeGuard Enterprise 7.00.1.2 Service release, available via the download section at sophos.com.

    Make sure you're running SafeGuard version 7 and have installed the version 7 hotfix from here: www.sophos.com/.../121787.aspx

    If that still doesn't work then I'm afraid it likely won't be possible to encrypt this machine.

    Please let me know how you get on Dean and I hope it goes well.
