POA is not work in notebook

Hi All,

I use SafeGuard Easy 6.0. The problem is when I encryted notebook computer, there was no POA on boot. I want to know what is the possible reasons for that. Thanks.

    Hi Alan,

    do you see no Power-On Authentication screen at all or is it just booting you straight trough (you would see something like "Autologin....")?

    If you see the POA saying "Autologin", it is installed correctly but not yet enabled - you might want to check if you have installed the Client Configuration package on your machine.

    If there is no Power-on Autoentication screen at all, a possible reason could be that the Device Encryption module of SafeGuard Client is not installed (check Add/Remove Programs and click modify on the SafeGuard Client and verify that the Device Encrypyption module was installed).
